No decisions with legal implications for Visitors or Applicants are made using purely automated processing.

How will we process your information?

Squad, along with its suppliers, implements enhanced security measures to protect the data that it gathers. Squad ensures the security of your personal data by implementing appropriate and enhanced technical and organisational measures designed to protect Visitors' personal data against accidental loss or any unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure.

How long do we keep your information?

The information you supply us with via our website is kept for two years after the last contact.

●     Recruitment:

With regard to recruitment, and in order to provide you with job offers that match your skills, Squad will keep your data for 2 years in order to offer you opportunities that are in line with your expectations.

At the end of this period, job applicants will receive an email informing them that they can renew their consent, failing which the data will be deleted.

With whom do we share your information?

Squad will only share your personal data with authorised and specified recipients.

Your data protection rights

In accordance with Data Protection laws, you have access, deletion, rectification and portability rights, and also the right to object to or restrict all data relating to you.

However, it must be understood that the withdrawal of your consent and the exercise of your rights do not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal nor the further processing of the same data based other legal requirements, such as contracts or in compliance with legal requirements to which Squad is subject to.

We will treat your request with particular care to ensure the effective enforcement of your rights. In any case, we will inform you of the actions taken as soon as possible, and at the latest within one month of your request. You have the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

We may update this data protection privacy policy. You can see the date of the last change at the end of this policy. We advise you to review our Privacy Policy regularly so that you are aware of any changes.
